How to book – A simple step by step guide.

I am available to take bookings by email ONLY for NEW subs.

1) READ my entire website, especially the page on ‘Activities I Enjoy’ If it’s not listed, then I don’t do it.

2) Consult the calendar and fees below. I am available only on days when the calendar clearly says ‘Available’.
Choose a date, time and session length according to your requirements. A minimum of 48 notice is required for sessions (So apply Monday for Thursday morning, Tuesday for Friday etc.) unless you have seen me previously. You may book several weeks in advance.

3) Add your experience, interests and anything else you feel relevant to a short concise email. Put ‘Applying for a session’ in your subject header.

4) Failure to follow this method of application for a session will result in no reply. Anyone who cannot follow simple instructions to create and email, is unlikely to meet my standards for a session.

5) I will reply to you within 24 hours. I will require a mobile phone number as part of the booking.

Fees

  • 60 mins session is 150 GBP
  • 90 mins session is 180 GBP
  • 2 Hour session is 220 GBP
  • 3 hour session is 340 GBP

These fees are inclusive of studio hire fees, all equipment and disposable items. There are no hidden extras.
I RECOMMEND a two-hour session for a novice/beginner to give you a taste of a variety of play activities.
Bookings by phone/text are available after your first completed session.

On the Day – Confirmation:

You will be asked to confirm the booking between 6.30am to 8.30am on the DAY of the session by text, so I DO require a mobile phone number. ALL sessions must be confirmed before 8.30am on the day of the session WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
NO confirmation = NO session.
As I am professional in my approach, I expect you to be similarly prompt and organised for appointments, times to be adhered to and lateness for sessions will not be tolerated. You must follow directions and instructions and if you are more than 15 minutes late the session will be abandoned and no further sessions taken with you.

Cancellations:

There are occasions when having made a booking for a session it is genuinely impossible to attend. Please let me know as soon as possible.
If however, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or you do NOT confirm before 8.30am on the session day, I will not take any further bookings from you.
